Those topaz often are sold as rutilated, the inclusions are not rutile in fact those are hollow tubes which were subsequently filled by iron (III) oxide-hydroxide (limonite).
The stone has a very good symmetry and fine polish. Apart from the needle inclusions there are very little inclusions. The golden needles are getting reflected all over the stone so at certain angles the topaz looks really golden. A fine remarkable big piece!
