Here you get a bent schorl crystal grown on another schorl. The main crystal shows partly normal termination and partly healed crystalline fracture faces. The crystal seems to be tectonically deformed showing only a few very small hair cracks. The surface seems to be partly covered by very thin needle like crystals. Interesting specimen from Shigar valley.
