Shipping Costs

The shipping within Germany is predominantly carried out by DPD and includes insurance with a liability up to 520 EUR, time of delivery is around 1-2 days, excluded from this are COD- deliveries carried by Deutsche Post/DHL.

For any shipment abroad:

The delivery time to USA is usually around 5 to 10 and within Europe 2 to 7 days.
All orderings will be dispatched as registered Airmail with German Post Service. This dispatch type includes insurance with liability up to ~ 30 EUR against loss and damages in transit. Optionally you can insure goods with higher value; coverage up to 100 EUR cost you 2,- EUR, for each 100 EUR higher coverage you have to add 2,- EUR to the total shipping fee.

For shipments outside of the European Union import taxes might be levied in the country of destination. The customer takes responsibility of all taxes, duty fees, and any transaction fees that might occur.

Shipping costs:

If you order exceeds a value of more then 100 EUR the shipping within Germany, Austria and Switzerland is free of charge . For orders in any other country the shipping will be free for order values from 200 EUR and up.

Payment

PayPal or Credit Card

PayPal is a fast, reliable and free of charge payment method. If you select PayPal as payment method you will be redirected after your order confirmation to the official PayPal website. There you have the option to login, in case you have a PayPal account or you can choose the type of your credit card and fill out the necessary information and follow the instructions from PayPal. I also accept eCheques via PayPal. After successful payment you will be redirected to Crystal-Treasure.com and will receive a confirmation of your order by email. The whole payment transactions and all your personal data throughout this payment process are transferred and encrypted by secured internet connection.

Credit Card via Moneybookers

In case you would like to pay with credit card you also have the option to pay with all major credit cards via the Moneybooker website. For this payment option there is no registration necessary, after confirmation of your order you will be redirected to monerbooker.com. Simply follow the instructions until the payment is completed. After successful payment you will be redirected to Crystal-Treasure.com and will receive a confirmation of your order by email. Normally the payment will be received within a few minutes and your goods can be shipped immediately. The whole payment process on Crystal-Treasure and Monebyookers website is encrypted by secured internet connection.

Bank Transfer (SEPA / SWIFT)

After you have completed your order you will be given access to my account number including all necessary information (BIC/IBAN number etc.) so you are able to transfer the amount directly to my German account. The SEPA transfer is free of charge within the EU, for Switzerland and Norway small fees will be charged. SWIFT transfers are also possible but high transaction fees will be debited to the customer's account. A normal transfer within the foreign countries of the European Union will take around maximum 5 working days. Any transfer and bank fees have to be paid by the sender.

Sofortüberweisung

Sofortüberweisung is an TÜV-certified instant free payment service of the Payment Network AG. The advantages: no additional registration, automatic debit from your online bank account, the highest safety standards and immediate dispatch of your ordered goods. For payment with this payment service you just need your eBanking access data, Bank account, account number, PIN and TAN. This payment options is only available for German, Swiss or Austrian customers.

Cash on Delivery

If you would like to receive your order very fast you have the option to select cash on delivery as shipping method, so your order will be shipped within one day and you have to pay cash on receipt.This type of shipment is available within the most countries of the European Union but you will have to pay an additional shipping fee which is outside of Germany fairly high.
